Expensive stay, but excellent experience!
We loved the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff at the resort, from the lobby to the restaurant and security. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and restaurants, grounds and pools.
It was a very expensive stay. The restaurants were excellent, but wished there were more of them to choose from.

Very Good
Excellent location, entertainment and the cupcake coffee shop was the best.
Front desk is chronically under staffed and aggressive selling of premium royal packages was off putting. The food was well presented but only average in quality and taste.

Good stay in the heart of cabo.
location was perfect - the room had a beautiful view of the marina which was very nice. the staff were always willing to help and were very very nice. the cleanliness of the rooms and the resort in general was very good.
the food was very bland. they rave about how good the food is there but the only thing that was decent was the pasta place. i was expecting more of a mexican taste on food but very very americanized. wish they had maybe an ice cream parlor or some frozen yogurt - instead they have cupcakes that are seemingly dry. would be nice to have some refreshing after a hot day.
